Men's Golf Ends Fall With Match Play Event

The Panther men's golf team ended the fall season with a match-play event at Amherst over the weekend. Middlebury finished in second place overall at the event, with Williams winning and Trinity placing third.

Overall scores on the weekend saw senior Jim Levins (Rutland, Vt.) lead the Panthers, with a 72 on day one and a 77 on day two for a 149. Sophomore William Prince (New Canaan, Conn.) was next for Middlebury with a 161, followed by senior Brian Cady (Rye, N.Y.) with a 162, and first-year player Rob Donahoe (Canton, Mass.), who shot a 164. Junior Michael Graham (W. Chester, Pa.) and rookie Max Alley (Albany, N.Y.) rounded out the Middlebury golfers by each shooting a 174.
