Underhill capped his Panther career with two All-American honors.
Bradshaw Underhill of the Middlebury alpine skiing team has earned two All-American nods based on his finishes at the NCAA Championships.Â
HONOREE HIGHLIGHTS
- In Wednesday's slalom, Underhill had the second-fastest trip down the mountain in his first run (41.66 seconds). Despite deteriorating conditions throughout the second run, Underhill had a combined clocking of 1:28.43 to claim sixth overall and second team honors.Â
- During Friday's giant slalom (GS), the Panther had a two-run time of 1:53.69 to claim fourth overall and All-American First Team distinction.
- His fourth-place showing was the highest finish for an alpine skier since the 2018 championship when Erik Arvidsson '20 (slalom) and Caroline Bartlett '19 (GS) achieved the feat.
- Underhill finished inside the top-six 13 times over the 14 disciplines he competed in this season.
- He claimed seven event victories this winter, including sweeping the slalom and GS at the Middlebury Carnival.
The Panthers earned sixth overall at the NCAA Championships, their best placing since fifth in the 2008 championships hosted by Montana State.
