Ciara Dale had a top-10 finish for the Panthers.
The 17th-ranked Middlebury women's track and field team opened the 2022 New England Intercollegiate Amateur Athletic Association (NEIAAA) Championship on Friday with three top-10 finishes.
The two-day meet features teams from all three NCAA divisions participating, and concludes on Saturday with action starting at 10:00 a.m. The event is being hosted by Bryan University in Rhode Island.
The top-eight finishers in each event over the two-day meet earn All-New England honors.
Grace Kirkpatrick ran a personal-best time of 39:02.95 in the 10,000 meters to place seventh and earn All-New England laurels.
In the long jump, Cady Barns earned All-New England recognition soaring 5.43 meters to place eighth.
Ciara Dale competed in the 400-meter hurdles, finishing 10th with a time of 1:03.94.
